【Practical Workplace Training】
Competency-Based Curriculum Map We have established a competency-based curriculum map aligned with graduate career paths. Students are guided to select modular courses based on their interests and are encouraged to obtain industry-recognized professional certifications to ensure they possess the essential knowledge and skills for employment.
Pre-Internship Professionalism Training To enhance students' workplace readiness before and during internships, we provide training in communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and professional ethics.
One-Year Professional Internship During their junior year, students participate in a full-year professional internship at partner companies. Through hands-on practice, students improve their problem-solving abilities and develop the perseverance needed to overcome workplace challenges.
Comprehensive Employment Support For graduating students, we offer all-around support, including interview technique coaching, resume critiques, seminars on workplace etiquette and professional grooming, career lectures, and career aptitude testing. These resources ensure students are well-prepared to enter the workforce with a competitive edge.
